Coaching

A few words by way of introduction

It is our diversity, our millions of ways of experiencing life, the wide variety of insights and methods of tackling issues that have always fascinated me
– these are what I have been observing, researching, attempting to etch into my memory and sometimes also to capture in photos.
“You have gazed deep into the Eye of the World”, as one of the people I hold closest to my heart put it. Indeed, I have travelled and experienced the world; and I have met, talked to and listened to a multitude of people. I have lived through thousands of situations where I looked after others, organised and managed them, told stories, watched and listened in the background and communicated all the time.

I was a tour guide and then tour manager on an opulent luxury train; as a dive master, I dived with groups of people in two oceans and several seas; as a ski tour operator, I spent ten winters in the Slovenian mountains; and as a photographer, I have explored tiny remote communities and huge bustling metropolises, experiencing unique human situations and perspectives.

From my base in Budapest, I have ventured as far as the Arctic Circle to the north, New Zealand to the south, Hawaii to the west, and the Philippines to the east to learn about the local culture and people. I have climbed 4,200 metres high and dived 63 metres deep; I have walked El Camino and the Inca Trail. Iran, Hong-Kong, Bohinj, Socorro Island, Sipadan in Borneo and the Faroe Islands have left a particularly deep impression on me, the places themselves as well as the people who live or work there.

Coaching approach

The process of coaching is also a kind of guiding: together we explore the path that will show you the way, one that is actually navigable and suits you the most. Essentially it is a thought-provoking, creative process where you explore your own resources and which inspires you to make the most of yourself. It is not about giving advise but a collaborative effort where you yourself will be able to define what is the most feasible, best direction and solution for you.

There is no area of life that we cannot think about, shape and change our attitudes towards.

When can this method help?

  • If you want to start something new but don’t know how to get started…
  • If you’re stuck in your personal life or at work
  • If you don’t know how to manage a conflict
  • If you are at a crossroads
  • If you think things are not going in the right direction
  • If you want to make a change
  • If you feel your situation is hopeless
  • If something is missing
  • Or you are just curious about this method…

I will welcome you with an open heart and an open mind, and you will have my full attention.
